Thermocouple Sensors

We manufacture a vast amount of thermocouples, in both Mineral Insulated (MI) and fabricated in the following types: K, J, N, T, E, R, S. The diameter of our thermocouples ranges from 0.5mm up to 10.8mm in simplex, duplex & triplex. We can supply an extensive range of stainless steel sheath materials including 304, 316, 321, 310, Inconel, Nicrobell & Platinum Rhodium. All thermocouple sensors can be supplied as an Insulated Junction or a Grounded Junction. If you require a temperature sensor ranging from -200°C up to 1700°C we have a solution for you.

PT100 (RTD)

We can manufacture PT100 sensors in both mineral insulated and fabricated, ranging from 2.5mm diameter up to 8mm in 2, 3 & 4 wire simplex, and from 3mm diameter up to 8mm in 3 & 4 wire duplex. Our PT100 sensors can be manufactured using 2 variations of elements, Platinum Resistance Flat Film Detectors for temperatures up to 450°C & Wirewound Platinum Resistance Detectors for temperatures up to 800°C. Both types of elements can be used in many classes, class B, A, 1/3 Din, 1/5 Din & 1/10 Din depending on the accuracy required.

As we are a manufacturer of temperature sensors, it means we can also supply almost any component or accessory you may require, from Brass & Stainless Steel compression fittings, male & female connectors (mini & standard) terminal heads & transmitters to name a few, if you require any accessories with your temperature sensors, please just ask.
